King and Brown Entertainment, Poorchild Films, Reda Jo and Higher Heights Filmworks have teamed up with Executive Producers David Dginguerian and Amy Weber of the award-winning film, “Crossroad” to produce their second Inspirational Film “Steps of Faith”.

‘Steps of Faith’ is the spiritual journey of a woman named Faith Houston (Chrystee Pharris) who upon hearing the voice of  God  leads her on a journey to a Hippotherapy farm to work with special needs children and adults.

Director M. Legend Brown inspiration for ‘Steps of Faith‘ came from his business partner Eric King’s meeting with Sulphur Springs, TX therapeutic riding ranch manager Marion Cox.

Brown and King were touched and compelled to share the testimonies they heard from Cox.  “I wanted to introduce this method of rehabilitation to the African American community and other cultures across the country because we don’t know anything about Hippotherapy”.  Studies show that therapeutic riding can stimulate damaged nerves and assist with regenerating circulation conditions created by several debilitating muscle illnesses. Riding coaches have also seen positive outcomes from stroke, multiple sclerosis and pain from joints and arthritis.

Directed by M. Legend Brown, produced by Eric King, Sharice Henry Chasi, M. Legend Brown, Kelly Gray and William Brown; ‘Steps of Faith‘ stars Charles Malik Whitfield, Chrystee Pharris, Irma P. Hall, Tracy Ross, Ted Lange, Gail Cronauer and Amy Weber.
